This book gives you good information about the vegetables and varieties available and also how to clean and cook them. A few recipes are also included, though it is mainly an encyclopedia of vegetables/5(16).
This one really surprised me. It doesn't go into detail with each vegetable, but it does give trivia info on each one. Like where they are originally from, but also where they have naturalized at.
It also tells you how to prepare the veggie, how to store it, and how to grow it. This book even has a chapter of recipes that I'm going to have to try out/5.
